Turns out, Aussies are playing a not-so-secret game of hide and seek every day, and it's not about finding lost socks or keys. Nope, it's all about avoiding those pesky tiny debts that quietly morph into colossal catastrophes. Housemates hiding in bedrooms, colleagues ducking into toilets, and friends dodging text replies.
Idea
In response to the insight, PayPal conceptualized the "Hide & Seek" project, envisioning a transformative campaign that would reframe how Australians approach financial conversations.

The idea was not just to acknowledge the game of evasion but to turn it into an opportunity for resolution. PayPal sought to facilitate open and honest discussions about money matters, positioning itself as a catalyst for transparency and financial well-being.
Impact
By addressing the root cause of evasion, PayPal positioned itself as more than just a payment platform – it became a facilitator of healthier financial habits and interpersonal relationships.
